What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in is after 4pm. Check out is 11am.

What are your reservation policies?

You must be 21 or older to book a room. Cancelation policy is 48 hours.

How is my room guaranteed?

Reservations are guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of online booking. We'll ask you to verify the payment details upon check-in. Reservations are guaranteed up to 48 hours in advance. Before 48 hours reservations are fully refundable.

How do I verify my rate and reservation?

We'll send you an email to confirm all your reservations details including the confirmation number, dates of stay, room type. number of guests and your confirmed rates. We can also provide this information over the phone.

How do I cancel my reservation?

If you need to cancel your reservation, we ask that you call us at 386-210-3466 or email at beachstay@coastalwaters.life and let us know at least 48 hours prior to check in to avoid cancelation charges. Reservations designated as non-refundable at the time of booking remain non-refundable regardless of circumstances.

How do I modify my reservation?

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, no. We do not allow pets.

Can I smoke in my room?

No. All rooms are completely non-smoking. If you light up or vape inside the hotel, we must charge a $250 smoking fee to your card, plus taxes. Go outside, meet a stranger.

Can I store my bags there before I check-in or after I check-out?

We will do our best to accommodate these request but cannot guarantee.
